Shipping Policy

- Custom items are made to order—this processing time allows us to craft each item with care and accuracy.
- Wholesale orders require 5–10 business days, depending on order size and inventory.
- You will receive an order confirmation email when the purchase is made and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been shipped.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. Most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.
- Once your package has been shipped, delivery time is controlled by the carrier, not Sassy Customs LLC.
- U.S. shipping only at this time.
Possible Delays:
While we work hard to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to:

- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete address information

Damaged or Lost Packages:
We package all items carefully to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging
- We will review your case and assist you accordingly.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Once your order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, it is no longer in our control.
- If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
- Sassy Customs LLC does not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Address Accuracy:
- Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
- Sassy Customs LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you need an address correction, contact us immediately—corrections can only be made before the order ships.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
